Daily Numbers


Today’s numbers are a bit higher than usual. Due to the low energy levels and dizzy spells I tried to add some red meat and extra protein to my meals. So my wonderful hubby made me a nice big rib eye steak for dinner with no salt chipotle seasoning and liquid smoke. Super yummy and I hope gives me some needed energy to burn.

*** Always check with your doctor before starting any diet restricted to below 1200 calories per day.  My caloric intake is extremely low due to my current medically sedentary lifestyle. The average adult should have a caloric intake of 1500 – 1800 calories per day***
